One-on-Ones

All New Horizons team members now offer one-on-one connections, either via Zoom or in-person!

These sessions can be used for social connection, resource referrals, etc.

If you require a time that isn’t listed, please contact the team member in your area to see if they are available at another time – many of us have some flexibility in our schedules. Email is the easiest and fastest way to get in touch.

Please note that we are not registered social workers, and may refer you to a mental health professional if your needs are beyond our scope.
